Milli wanted to bring her love of tan lines and the beach into her luxury swimwear brand.

Milli Bikini and beach is a high end luxury beach wear and resort brand. Created for girls by girls to experience the beach in a casual, fun and cheeky way. 


Milli wanted a brand that said a lot with very little, and she was struggling with the perception and position of her branding. Her biggest problem was that her brand wasn't reaching her target customer and she wasn't able to grow.


We worked to develop a new strategy and designed the brand to reflect Milli’s vision, developing a club that any girl who purchases a bikini is automatically part of. This helped to create a community where the girls all feel like they belong and a place where the brand can do exclusive giveaways, specials, discounts and build a community. This strategy built a sense of exclusivity and luxury into the brand, especially as the main outlets are in high end resorts and select retail stores.
